Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes or 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to have time to clean your lashes in our studio. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.



There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. 16-20 minutes late will add an additional $20 to your balance. Anything after 20 minutes is an additional $1 per minutes up to 30 minutes. After 30 minutes has passed your appointment will be cancelled and a NEW DEPOSIT plus the LATE FEE is required. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.



A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment without penalty. All appointments cancelled, or changed to a service of lesser value within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment time require a new deposit to book again. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment a new appointment must be booked within 30 days of the original appointment. After 30 days’ time a new deposit is required.



When coming in for a fill, if you have less than 50% of your lashes (meaning you can see more gaps/spaces than you can lashes) or if otherwise determined by your artist, it will be considered a new set & priced as a new set as well.



All fills appointments on clients with lashes done by another artist will have an additional $45 fee added to their service price. If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there is a possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings, certifications and state board regulations, there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained and at Style & Face Studios, our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Thus, if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and if so, a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed.



COMING SOON: Style & Face Studios FWB (friends with benefits) loyalty program will consists of a FWB card given to you to give to someone else. When the person who received the card brings it in for their appointment, you will both receive a 13% discount on your appointment. There is no limit to the amount of people you can refer that would qualify you for the discount.



A NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book with us. Every time you book an appointment a deposit is required. If there is no deposit paid, your appointment is not reserved on our calendar. If you book weeks in advance and pay multiple deposits, those deposits are also NON REFUNDABLE. We ask that all booking be done online, If for some reason you need to book in store, a deposit is still required to secure your appointment.



Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After hours appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional $55 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after hours appointment.



If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. We ask that you let us know of your illness as soon as you know, to avoid any additional fees.



As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 27 hours before your appointment either by text, email or both. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be required to pay a new deposit. If you reschedule or no show your appointment within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee. If you are unwilling to pay in total, no future appointments will be booked with Style & Face Studios. This is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment a new appointment must be booked within 30 days of the original appointment. After 30 days’ time a new deposit is required.



Life happens, and because of that we have a one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule permitted per client, per year. This means we will waive your additional fee for cancellation or reschedule ONE TIME per year. After that all policies and fees are in effect.



You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30-45 minute express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.
